What is Effiora?
Effiora is a Norwegian-built operations system for companies that deliver fixed, recurring work at fixed locations — cleaning companies, facility-service and caretaker companies, and building operations. It covers scheduling, GPS-verified time tracking, QR-code proof of completed work for the customer, absence and substitute management, and payroll-basis export to Excel. Management works in the web app; every employee has the mobile app in their own language.
Who is Effiora for?
Companies from two to several hundred employees doing the same work at the same places over and over. In practice that means cleaning companies and facility-service firms, but also window cleaning, stairwell cleaning, grounds maintenance and canteen operations — anything made up of recurring visits with recurring tasks.
What does Effiora cost?
Until 1 January 2027 a launch price applies, from 690 NOK per month excluding VAT. The price is set by how many employees you have, not by which features you use: 690 NOK for 2–9 employees, 1,490 for 10–24 and from 2,490 for 25 and up. The ordinary price from 2027 is 990 NOK, 2,290 NOK and from 3,990 NOK. Every feature is included in every plan, with no setup fee and no lock-in.
What makes Effiora different from an ordinary scheduling app?
Two things. A shift belongs to a location and carries the checklist and tasks that apply there — you set it up once and it repeats. And every location gets a public QR page where the customer sees what was done, with checklists and photos, without logging in. No other system in Norway gives the customer that visibility.
Is Effiora a payroll system, an FDV system or an invoicing system?
None of them. Effiora plans the work, documents that it was done, and produces the payroll basis your accountant uses. Payroll runs in your payroll system, FDV documentation of the building itself belongs in an FDV system, and invoicing your customers stays where you do it today.
