Effiora can be connected to Claude, so you can talk to your own operational data in everyday language. "Who is uncovered this week?" "Write a week report for my team." "Set up the new customer from this quote." The connection lives in your own Claude account, uses your own permissions in Effiora, and is switched on per company when you want it.

How it works
Your account, your permissions, your consent
- Switched on per company: read and write are two separate switches, both off by default
- You connect from your own Claude account and approve access on a consent page in Effiora, where you pick which company the connection applies to
- Same permissions as in the app: an operations manager can ask about everything, a worker can only ask about their own schedule
- Full audit trail of everything the assistant does, and you can remove the connection any time under "Connected apps"

A standard, not a shortcut
The connection uses MCP, an open standard for connecting AI assistants to systems, with ordinary OAuth login. Claude is the first client we support.

What is the AI assistant in Effiora?
A connection that lets you use Claude to ask about and work with your own Effiora data in plain language. You connect from your own Claude account, approve access in Effiora, and can then ask about uncovered shifts, load, absence and hours, or have the assistant create jobs and schedules.
Do I need my own AI account?
Yes. The assistant runs in your own Claude account. Effiora provides the connection; the conversation happens in Claude.
What can the assistant see?
Exactly what you can see in Effiora yourself, nothing more. Access is filtered by your role. A worker only gets tools for their own schedule; an operations manager gets the full picture.
Can the assistant change things in Effiora?
Only if the company has switched on writes, which is a separate switch and off by default. It can then create jobs, schedules, single shifts and activities. Everything is logged.
How do I disconnect it?
Under "Connected apps" in Effiora you remove the access with one click. The company can also switch the feature off entirely.
Does it work with AI assistants other than Claude?
The connection is built on MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard. Claude is the client we have set up and support today. Other MCP clients with OAuth login may work but are not tested by us.
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
No. Every feature is included in every plan. The Claude subscription is your own.
